Getting my own hosting and domain name onto Concrete 5

Hi, I have just started to use Concrete 5, I have my own domain name and hosting elsewhere...I'm just wondering how to get started really...it says you have to download a file which I have but I'm struggling with where to go next!

You need to unzip the folder and ftp to add these files to your hosting server. If you do not have any idea what I am talking about see if your hosting company has one click install for concrete5. IF not you might want to hire someone for the job. I know concrete5 does offer hosting as well.
