Giving a user administrative access

Once again I apologize for asking a question for which there should be an easily findable answer. I searched the documentation and forum, and Googled it etc. and haven't found an answer. I am hiring someone remotely to finish my Concrete 5 site. I was able to add them as a user but how do I give them full administrative access so they can do some customization of code. Thanks- I really appreciate all the help people have given here and I get frustrated when I can't figure out something like this on my own.

go to dashboard > search users. select the user and in the dialogue add them to the "administrator" group.

in edit user you can add that user to group administrators - it depends on some other settings though what that admin will be able to do. Are you using advanced permissions?

Thanks Shotrox. I did not use advanced permissions so the person I hired seems to be able to everything she needs to. Thank again for your response- I appreciate it.
