Hey,

I have made two websites ie.http://www.polparol.be andhttp://www.maartenweb.be

But when I type their name in google, none of both seems to appear in the search list.
that is a pity.
what can I do to change this situation?

It looks like both require login, which Google likely perceives as being a private (intranet) website, so they probably won't be indexed properly.

There are many things that need to be done as far as SEO. Here are some things:

- Generate sitemap.xml and submit it for indexing
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Consistent and quality content
- Responsive design
- Optimized for speed and caching

Also, it takes Google a while to find and index new websites (unless you submit them manually).

use google's mobile friendly test. if successful you can submit it right there.
this is very simple and effective way to get listed fast.
