you should ask bluehost about this, generally they're pretty fast with concrete5 sites. Perhaps caching isn't turned on?

did you have any issues moving any sites there?, I move a bluehost.com site and now having all types of problems. cant seem to edit blocks, the edit windows come up but all data is blank? add new block to page sends me to error page, like I typed in a bad url and also does the same when i exit page edit mode.
last my background image for my body tag does not show but is there?
