If I'd like to change attributes in lists (e.g. File Properties), I have to klick the "pencil icon" to save the changes. First times using concrete5 it wasn't clear for me that is it a save button. Wouldn't it be better to have the bootstrap safe button or a unique bootstrap icon there (like icon-refresh)?

Yeah we just started using the bootstrap 2.0 icons in the latest
version of concrete5. You're right we should go through and look for
stray legacy blue icons left over with the next rev.
