Help download file in trash

I was trying to clean up my website and my download file is in the trash and can't be moved out. Problem is when I go to my press release pageshttp://www.saintjeancarbon.com/news/press-releases/...
All liks show error page cannot be found

We are a public company and I need to link to these press releases as soon as possible can anyone please help

try visiting Dashboard > full sitemap. Click "options" and "view system pages". Locate the "trash" folder and drag and drop the download file back to where it needs to be.

It won't drag out of the trash.

when I'm logged into the website I can see the links to the file but public can't

be sure you're grabbing the file by the icon, and then you would need to drop it on top of the "home" link to place it under your home page.

I've seen some posts recently about not being able to do this at all ?! I just tried in 5.6.2.1 and it works for me just fine...

Other than contacting your hosting provider and asking them to kick your server, speeding up a site is an adventure I have not gone on yet :D

Another huge problem. My BLOCKS are missing. It's just blank when I want to create content in a page. I think I've deleted it when cleaning up the site. Do you know how I can get it back?
