HELP! My system and maintenance page disappeared

My website was hacked and they managed to make my system and maintenance page disappear! The tab is still there but when you click on it, it's just a white page. Can someone tell me how to make it reappear? The people who originally installed c5 are no longer working on my website so have left me stranded, not knowing what I'm doing.
So that didn't work and gave me an error message. Upon further research, it appears that the job that runs my excel sheet has disappeared. I don't have a backup from long enough ago to just restore. I need a developer immediately who can rewrite this job. How difficult is that?

But first, just clear your cache. If that doesn't work, download a copy of concrete5 (the exact copy you are currently using), rename your [root]/concrete folder to [root]/concrete_hacked and copy the concrete folder from the concrete5 folder you downloaded. This will replace all your core files, including your dashboard files.
