furthermore, as I can't find anything useful on this issue:

I have had a working website for around 5 months it has over 200 pages and is full of information. It was working yesterday before I went to bed as I was editing an article. Now I cannot access it at all.

However I can get into the back end of the server and just ran a check on the MySQL database which all showed up correctly. If someone can instruct me what I need to do before other people wake up here in the UK.

Goodness - I closed the browser and cleared the browser cache then typed the URL again and this time I get all this great big pink box with error text in it:

I would contact your web host about this issue.

While you have file and database access, I would make a full backup.

Do you have any backups made?

I do have a backup of the site. And I have sent a message to Tech Support and asked if it is possible to restart the server or the SQL Database. Just wanting for a response.

On back-ups I have to do these manually as it appears that C5.7.8.5 doesn't support back-up s
