Hosting Plan Questions

I'm sure I'm not using the correct keywords in my search so I apologize for asking what probably has been asked many times before, but I have a question about the hosting plan that I can't find an answer to:

1) I have a customer with an existing site that wants to move to a CMS. I'd like to use concret5 and your hosting plan, but would need to start them off with a test server so they can migrate content over before going live. If I have them sign up with you is this an easy change for them to make, or will they need paid support to manage this phase of the transition?

Is it possible to have someone from your sales team email me, so I can get some specific answers about the hosting plan?

On a side note: I'm working with my local school district to convert one of the schools over to concrete5. I just finished my first theme and I love this CMS. It's awesome - very flexible, and easy to learn. Plus, I want to thank all the folks that have posted solutions in the forums. The knowledge base of the community has been invaluable.

sure.

just goto:

http://concrete5.org/about/trial...

you can start a site there and either pay to host it right away, or spend 5 days configuring it on us before you choose to turn it into a hosting account for no charge.

You can email support@concrete5.org for more details.

Thank you.

Five days wouldn't be enough time to get a sign off from the client, but what if I used a domain that I own (but am not currently using) with your hosting plan to set the client test site up and then populate it with content. Then, when the client is ready to launch, it should be a simple matter of pointing that site to the client's domain name. That plan isn't fraught with peril, is it?

I'm in marketing and I know that technical folk always cringe when we say things like "that's easy right?"
