how do I check to see if guestbook has been used by site visitors?

I am new to C5 and would like to know how I am notified or how do I check to see if my guestbook has been used by visitors to my site?

When you install the add-on, there's a field to enter an email address in.

You should find that any new messages (including test messages) show up exactly where you would expect, in the block on the given page.
