Once you are connected, a project page will be created automatically here, labeled with the name of your website.
Then you navigate tohttps://www.concrete5.org/profile/projects/... and you will see all your projects listed. You'll be able t assign licenses to each. Once package licenses are assigned to a project, you can then install and update the package directly from your website's dashboard.
