How do I get it to generate a receipt after my customer makes a purchase?

I'm trying to get a receipt and if possible delivery note generated automatically through the ecommerce function of C5. I've not been able to work out how to do it - can anyone give me instructions to do this?

You should get order emails automatically. Check your system logs to see if
emails are being generated and not going out.

You should also start a question from the ecommerce area in the marketplace
under support or questions & discussion so we don't miss it.
