Hi
I need help with a c5 project and wanted to post to job board - but there is no "start discussion" button like on these forums.
Any help please?!
Thanks

Just post what your looking for here in the mean time...
ok - I'll post here... in hindsight, this is probably not so much of a job request as a "can I do this with existing add-ons" question...
I've set up a c5 site for a friend who is a personal fitness trainer.
She wants to have a private member area for her clients where she can track their progress (measurements, etc.) over time. (Charted would be cool but not required.)
She also wants to allow clients to keep like a diary to record how they are feeling, etc. (Like a blog but private.)
So, is this possible with existing add-ons? Or would I need a custom add-on/s developed?
Thanks!

It sounds like most of it can be done via advanced permissions and some addons.
What you might look at is the redirect on login addon. That way you can setup a client area and create separate pages.
You can also use the simple blog addon so they can create a blog on their own.
Pretty much think it like this. Each client = a group. Give the group editing access to what you want...
Also look into the user attributes a crap load can be stored in their and then edited via their profile page.
Hope that helps!

Thanks! I think I'll try that.
I found this video which I haven't watched yet but seems to explain what you described:
How to create a Client Area

Thanks again!!

Heads up, you should be able to post to the jobs board now without problem.
Happy to help if I can or you could always have a look through through the member profiles.
I am sure the Concrete team will sort the button out very soon.
