How do I transfer Concrete5 website from Hostmonster to IPage?

How do I move my Concrete5 website from Hostmonster to IPage? I am novice so hopefully can successfully do this.

For anyone, especially a novice: I would review advice in the Concrete Documentation tab and How-to section AND use JohntheFish's Backup Voodoo add-on to facilitate moving your site. In my experience, nothing is trouble free but using clean back-ups and communicating with customer service for help at the Host your moving to will be much less stress :)
