I've got a hosted site with Concrete which I'm struggling to set up at the moment, and though my package apparently allows me to create a ticket via the Help area in the dashboard, I can see nowhere, either on the Concrete site, forum or Google, where I can actually do this.

Is a ticket basically following up with Concrete developers from a general forum query, or is there a specific area to post these? Time is of the essence in my site, so I'd like to find out as soon as possible!
