How does one get a help message to Concrete5?
I went to the Contact Us page, filled out the form, played the "prove you are human" game, and hit submit, but there was no acknowledgement that anything actually went through. Either I have already sent them two messages, or they haven't received either of them. I can't tell.
How can I be sure? (Young Rascals, 1967)

*Is* there a Concrete5 staff?
I don't understand how C5 works, because I just became the (volunteer) webmaster for my organization and I was and am completely unfamiliar with how C5 works. It's nothing like any other web host I have ever used.
How to I recover log-on credentials when the ones I've been using no longer work? How do I arrange to have my site hosted by a different organization? Who is in charge of C5, and how do I contact him/her?
