How to add a piece of code

Exactly that. I've got a piece of code, and would like to know how to add it. I thought it's either site.php or index.php, but can't find one and the other is only 42bytes. So it's not that either. (I was looking through ftp, I don't know how it can be accessed through the website)

What type of code is it? Java, html, css, jquery, php? That is a very important key that you left out.
