How to associate marketplace with my website?

I'm trying to connect marketplace to my website (it's not my, but I got all the passwords, etc.) When I get to:

"Connect to community:"

and type in user name and password of the concrete5 account it gives me red line on top that says:

"You must login with a username that is an owner or editor of this project."

I AM! What now!?

Who decides who's an owner or not? Does hosting company have any say in it?

I hope someone can help me, as I need to download some of the add-ons off the marketplace.

Changing ownership is pretty staightforward if you know and are working with whoever first set up the account (essentially you are added to the project and ownership transfered there). However, in your case I think C5 staff are best positioned to help :)

PS I don't believe hosting has any influence on this
PPS I helped on a project a few months ago and had to track down the original project owner so I could connect and update add-ons. The owners login was not included with the site passwords provided me
