How to Find a c5 Freelancer

Hi all. Our site was designed in c5 and we are looking for a freelancer who can work on our existing site as needed. (I realize could be tricky working on a site you didn't build yourself.) What is the recommended method for finding a c5 freelancer? Would it be posting a help wanted here or would it be posting on an external website.
