How to get T&C Popup on page load.

I want to put some terms of use and have an accept or decline option when entering the site for the first time. Anyone know an easy way to do this or something that is already available that will do the same?

Had quick look around and couldn't find something that fit my requirements.

If you are pre 5.7, there are several popup or popdown addons.

You could also have a look at formigo's cookies directive addon (5.6 and 5.7). The text is configurable and it has a checkbox to confirm.

If you want to keep a record, then you would be looking for a popup form. Some of the forms addons support enforced popup functionality.
