How to remove Survey Entries (the whole survey)

I've created - started and deleted a number of survey blocks on a page. Most with no results (as I was testing these) They still show in the survey list - how do I remove these.

I have since removed the survey block bu the results still show.

They disappeared for me after I ran the 'Remove Old Page Versions' job.

This Job only clears 3 pages each time you run it. To clear ALL the old page versions, you need to keep clicking the 'Run' button on this job until it tells you that "All pages have been processed, starting from beginning on next run."
