How to remove "Welcome Back" screen

Is there a setting somewhere (I can't find one) to get rid of the "Welcome Back" screen in the new 5.5.1?
And if you're too lazy to read:

For the uninitiated, it's in concrete/config/app.php
EDIT: DOH! If I read the article more carefully, I would have seen that it goes in config/site.php!
