how to make a demo like the c5 demo?

How can I make a coolio demo like the c5 demo which automatically logs users in and shows little yellow information boxes on how to do things??

that'd be a perfect whitepaper for us to add to the hosting white paper section - it's already on our todo list for it there but no one has actually asked.
