I can not sign in to my website....has anyone experienced this before?

My email address is not being recognised by my website, this has happened all of the sudden. How do I solve this problem?

there's no reason that would happen on it's own. Something must have changed.

Hi thanks for your reply,...how do I access PHPmyadmin...Ive never used it before.
