I Can't login to admin account

Hi every body , I need help .

I'm using concrete 5.3.2 on my website, few days ago i added users to the website, and i chose force them to use there emails as user name, so now i can't login because my admin account is using this user (admin) without email. so what can i do to fix this??

You should have an email. The installation doesn't continue unless you specify one and it's used for the admin user.
Just remember what it was and use it to login.
If not, check the Users table, uEmail field.
