hi please help me.... i recently upgraded my site and now it is broken... i now get this error message

sorry for the late reply the site iswww.www.47vids.com/www.47vids.com... i cant even get into the dashboard, i am unaware of the version it was upgraded from because i had created the site for someone and they had gone ahead and updated it without backing up. pls pls pls help me as i am not really a programmer and this is all very complicated .... is all lost??
