iCal downloads all Events, rather than just one
Permalink
Hello.
Our Concrete 5 site currently uses ProEvents and ProEvents Booking. It came to our attention that when a user uses the iCal links that are automatically generated on our events pages, they download ALL of our events, rather than just the one on the page. Is there a way to change the link to upload only one event to their calendar rather than all our upcoming events?
Also, we have ProEvents installed, yet I am unable to access the ProEvents support. The error message states "Support is available to customers who have purchased this add-on, and team members working on their project." I believe I get this message because my specific Concrete 5 account did not purchase the add-on. Any ideas on how to get access?
Any help on these matters, would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
-Stephanie

Hello Chadstrat-
If you are suggesting placing a product support ticket for the ProEvents add-on, I am unable to do so. Concrete 5's website does not recognize that I work with this add-on because I did not specifically purchase the add-on and will not let me access Support.
Please let me know if you are referring to another product.
Thank You

you need to contact the person that purchased the product and have them go to their projects area here on the main C5 site, click on the project that represents your site, and then add your username to the "Add User to Management Team" area. If they did not associate your site, please have them do so.
Once this has been done you should be able to place a support ticket.
