I am a web designer with a yoga studio as a client. They would like to have access to a flyer template so that all 20 yoga instructors can insert info, images and links specific to their classes/events. These flyers would be printed out as hard-copies as well as distributed digitally.

I would format the template with the logo, colors, font and layout so that the company branding is in tact while the instructors independently create their own marketing materials. I know that an easy (but not very exciting) solution would be to use a Word doc template, but I'd prefer to create an online interface that could handle this task. That way, I could update the layout when necessary more easily.

I'm aware that I could set up external links to companies that provide this service, but was curious to see if anyone has suggestions on how I can keep this task within my client's website.
