IE7 scrapbook issue

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. My client accessed his scrapbook feature the other day, and well, found that it was rendering - if that is the correct term - it only seems to be happening in IE7. From the screen grab attached, it seems that content is outside the box including scroller. Any ideas?
