Installation of script to allow site to go to another site to view bookings

I have been asked to contact concrete 5 to how we install a snippet from another site.
The website used to go to one site for online bookings but know has assigned another supplier to carry out this service.
When asked the party involved did not even have a password or user name to access the site.
Unfortunately the site has ben supported very well.

When asked to look at the site I have only been able to edit the main page I have not been able to edit other pages . When I go to another page the edit button is not displayed .
Any help would be appreciated and a contact for concrete 5 in Australia would help.
