integration of concrete5 and phprunner

I am using both concrete5 and phprunner
They are both wonderful products. The intergration of the two is complicated.. You either have to copy header/footer from concrete5 into phprunner and thus lose editing ability of them or create a iframe of phprunner inside concrete5 and cause a lot of resizing issues.
Neither really support logical selection of "mobile" vs "desktop" browser etc.
Anybody have a solution? That doesn't involve breaking the CMS of concrete5 by copying the header/footer, and not using an iframe (or a really good iframe that sizes BOTH Horz and Vertically. [I've tried dynamic iframe BLOCK)
Any hired hands interested in proposing a solution?
