I’m looking for an ip driven cookie add-on. The only ad-on’s that I see that seem to deal with EU cookie issue are Free Cookies Disclosure and Cookies Disclosure. But I don’t see anything in their documentation that mention IP triggered pop-ups/ triggers.

I have a customer that is based in the US, but will be targeting the EU market – so we would like to have nothing appear to US customers, but have a cookie message appear for anyone visiting the site from the EU areas, so we are compliant.

Has anyone tackled something like this – or have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
