I can't, don't have an iPad.

To test I use:http://www.infobyip.com/testwebsiteresolution.php... andhttp://ipad-emulator.org/.

Might help?

BTW. Some of your css doesn't allow for folding, so the 'responsive' part and 'break points' wont work properly.

You have id's with the same name in the footer.

Your headings tags are wrong and you're using tables?

Your theme is calling 'charset' which is already called with C5.

Your theme css should really be called before anything else.

Your content should be compressed and images should be optimised.

There is more but that should keep you busy for a while.

Good luck...

Hi Andy,

We sell the Maximo theme as having a mobile stylesheet, at the time this was most represented by smartphones, and the lack of breakpoints before is what is stopping the theme being fully responsive, I will PM you about this.

I would like to take this opportunity to tackle some of @55webdesigns comments:

"You have id's with the same name in the footer. "

This is admittedly an oversight on our part, a duplicate id in no way shape or form affects the function of the site, and is an extremely minor point.

"Your headings tags are wrong and you're using tables?"

Our themes do not use tables for layout or anything else for that matter, the E-commerce add-on displays tabular data in a table which is semantically correct, this add-on is not part of our theme.

"Your theme is calling 'charset' which is already called with C5."

Another minor point, that neither affect form or function in the slightest.

"Your theme css should really be called before anything else."

We have called our CSS in the same manner after the header:required element in all our themes and have never experienced issues.

"Your content should be compressed and images should be optimised."

This is a matter of opinion, and not a necessity, or an issue with the theme.

"There is more but that should keep you busy for a while.

Good luck..."

@55Webdesign If you have a problem with us, or any of our products please contact us directly with your concerns, we have sold hundreds of themes and have an excellent record for customer support, all our themes have passed through the PRB who rigorously test themes and add-ons before they hit the marketplace, please rest assured that any major faults with any of our products would either be caught by us in testing or by the PRB.

Regards

David

I was only trying to help, not undermine the theme developer!

My response was relevant to the question asked and I commented on some other coding issues.

I have no idea who was responsible for the errors, I just thought I'd point them out?

I don't get a lot of thanks for helping in the forums and this actually helps me NOT to bother helping again.

This doesn't quite answer your question, but it is displayed perfectly on my 7" Android tablet. In both portrait and landscape mode.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for replies and apologies to theme developer Vidall as did not initiate this to be an issue regarding the coding which anyway i could not join in a discussion on as have 0% experience of coding websites. The theme has been working fine and I recently required an ecommerce option so chose the core product as thought would be best for seamless integration for a novice. A potential customer commented that on their Ipad there was a problem with the screen size and they could not view the shop so needed someone to take a look for me first then decide if relevant or not

Cheers !

Andy
