Is anyone else unable to add attachments to forum posts?

Seems I am unable to add attachments to posts on this concrete.org forum. The link 'attach a file' is giving a javascript error:
Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'addAttachment'
/community/forums/:1

Also in the developer console I am getting:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://www.concrete5.org/blocks/page_list/view.css?v=9c9ad4ec2e816ef632bcb3eff6fcecc3

(which may be unrelated)
I am getting this with both Chrome and Firefox (have not checked any other browsers).

Actually yes. I just tried it and the 'Attach a file' link doesn't do anything. I don't even get an error. Using Safari.

If we are staring an oops thread, maybe someone should check this on too.

It was in considering a reply to that thread that I discovered I couldn't add an attachment. The reply made no sense without it, so I started this thread ;-)

Per attached, IE appears to still work, Chrome does not and (Java Error) have not tried the others.

Whoops. This should be fixed. Make sure you clear browser cache. Sorry about that ! Still working out some of the kinks in this latest push to concrete5.org.

Andrew, one other (possibly related) problem I've picked up:

The other day I submitted something to the marketplace, and when I did I uploaded some screenshot images (worked as expected). I then later wanted to update the screenshots, so I deleted them and uploaded some new ones - no errors appeared, but the images won't display and there are just blank spaces where the filenames should be. I also noticed updating the package files was a bit different, so I figured the problem might have been related to an update. I've just tried this again with the same outcome.

I've attached an image of editing the marketplace item, then what it appears when you try to view them and when you try to edit it again.

Sorry if this should be posted elsewhere.
