Is this possible in Concrete5?

Hi all,
I have just come accross c5 and it seems amazing. I want to know if I can use C5 for this function:
- I want the users of my website to be able to send me questions.
- I want these questions to be invisible to others.
- I only publish questions when I have written an answer for them, both question and answer will be published.
- I want to publish these questions and answers under different categories/subjects that I will define.
- Preferably I want to limit the number of questions I will receive every day/week
- Preferably I want to be able to give the user an option to let me know by ticking a box or hitting a button if he needs a brief answer or a detailed answer. A way round this could that the user decides whether to hit "question - brief answer" or "question - detailed answer".

I am also interested in the answer to this as I have not seen any way to do it from the admin side of things. The only thing I see is when something is submitted it goes to the "Reports" section and then there's no way to integrate this content/data/info with anything else besides exporting it to an excel (which makes me think it would be easy to "post" or use this content some other way?)

sounds like an FAQ add-on that isn't built yet.. very doable in c5, but not without some work..
I did see a link submission add-on that hadn't been added to the marketplace yet which sounds like it has a similar architecture.
