Issue with pop-up pages that should not be there

Hello,
I hope maybe there is someone wise out there who can help me to figure this out.
On my web-page (grenlandspusen.no) I sometimes (at least by new refresh) I get a pop-up window when clicking one of the first pages on the front page (Forside or Kontakt oss!).
These windows are spam-pages... I have run antivirus on my web-site and home directory and no suspicious pages are reported. (this is not on my PC, as these popups come on any PC and mobile device...)

Any good tip on how I can try to figure out what triggers these? Could there be an addon I use in Concrete?

A wild guess: try it without the counter.js stuff.
I can try to remove it, but its a bit strange the popups also trigger on a page where the counter is not present... Anyways, thanks for the tip, will test :-)
So far so good....will test a few more devices and instanses, but after removing it and clearing cache and other data from browser, it seem to not pop up.... :-)
