Jobs Board add-on how do I change $ to £ sterling in Salary Search

Hi everyone, please help, how do you change the Salary drop down to show £ sterling instead of US Dollars, any help would be grateful many thanks.

P.S. A good how too would be great as i'm a bit of a novice...

I have tried the attributes but no option there to change the installed salary....
