Jockstrap

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to structure Jockstrap, a theme currently under marketplace review, as a package, and add a block (https://www.flakr.com/demo) to it.

Because the theme runs on Bootstrap 3, Jockstrap conflicts with concrete5's UI. Silly * selector in Version 3's stylesheet styles box-sizing as "border-box," which screws up everything, including the framework of its own predecessor, globally.

By structuring Jockstrap as a package, Bootstrap 3's scripts and stylesheets could stay cache-able inside jockstrap/js and jockstrap/css respectively at the top level, and its controller on start could add each header item. The package would of course include Bootstrap 3's stock framework as a theme, which could only compliment the block.

The block provides a custom page list similar to jordanlev's Custom Nav and lays out thumbnails with Masonry instead of jQuery, along with captions and links to selected pages. It has no velicoraptor, though.

So...I have a theme that works well with a block. May I drop the submission as a theme and submit Jockstrap as a package?
