Leading Question Mark in Theme Name

In description.txt I have the theme name and when it shows up under themes my custom theme name has a leading question mark. There is no question mark in the text. No apparent harm caused but since Concrete5 is inserting the question mark does it mean something? Am I missing something or is there a configuration option that should be selected?

I did use the 960 theme and copied it to a directory (folder) called Template 960. I then named the theme in the description.txt with the same name as the directory and provided a description. The same is just "Template 960" without the quotes and no leading ?. It appears in the dashboard as ?Theme 960. Probably not worth the time to research. I'm a newbie. If the answer ever reveals itself I'll post a comment to explain what it was. Like in basketball "No Harm no foul". Just a curiosity.
