I wanted to know if there is an add-on ap or a specific html that I can use where you can click on a word or thumbnail and the article(s) will be viewed in a lightbox.
I found a site for example,http://www.ettika.com/press#498...
Please go to any of the magazine and click on VIEW ARTICLE. Once you click, you can view various images in lightbox. How can I do the same?

There is a way to use lightbox without the add-on as well.
When you highlight some text in the content editor - and click the "link" button to add the link url. the dialogue box has some tabs. Under the advance tab is a lightbox option. Play with that a little so see if you can get it to work.
