i would like a live "CHAT" feature for my website, which can easily be used with a mobile app on my iPhone. Please make suggestions.

are you looking for a "chat room" type of functionality,or more of a private chat (like facebook?) If you're using 5.6 there is a cometchat add-on available in the marketplace!

Try out REVEChat.com. It is a great live chat software provider with many enhanced functions. You can track your visitors activities through the dashboard function and yes you can also use this on your IOS based phone.
