Log in to community page blank

Hi,
I own a QNAP TS-469Pro which offer to install a lot of applications including concrete5 5.6.1.2.
Everything went OK with installing and building, except when I click "Connect to community" which result in a blank page instead of login form.
I've checked the Qnap firmware to be the last, I've managed to succesfully update concrete5 to 5.6.2.1 but this problem persist.
I've cleared concrete5 cache, tried on different browsers, enabled debug.
The only thing read on forum which I couldn't apply was to access the database to delete tokens because even I've installed phpmyadmin on Qnap, is not possible to access application's mysql databases.
Any ideeas?
