Logging in to edit my site

I recently went to log in to edit my site and it says that my email address does not exist when I go to reset my password.

I have been logging in with a user name and now it askes for my email and then says We have no record of that email address.

If you've forgotten your password and you can't remember the email address you used to make the concrete5 install, you can get access by looking at the tables in the database. Look for the users table, the first row in that table is your admin account and you should be able to see the admin's email there.

If that email address isn't something you can get email at, or the site isn't sending out emails, there's still a way to get in. Request a new password using the email that concrete5 has in the users table for the admin account. Then go look in the logs table. A copy of the email concrete5 tried to send should be in there, along with a reset password link you can use to set a new password.

i have this same problem right now...what is a logs table? i have no idea where the email address is that they are sending to....go daddy is hosting and they have my right email address
