Hello,

I recently reset my password to Concrete 5 and had no problems with resetting the password and logging on to your website, however, when going to my website "happytailstoyoulb.com" and I try to login through that so I can edit my site, it says that i m using an invalid username or password. I know I am using the same password and username for concrete 5 as I am for the website. Can you please help?!

Go here:

and enter your email address in the "Forgot your Password" section. Your site will send you an email with a reset link in it.

yeah I tried the forgot your password thing but no e-mail ever comes through.

and i had already reset my password through concrete 5, so i can log onto concrete 5, just not my site.
