Lost admin info, please help

I have taken over the Concrete 5 portion of our website as a new employee. I need access to the admin, as I currently only have user access. The individual who created the admin account no longer has a contact and no longer works with us. As well, his email is invalid and doesn't receive mail. What should I do? the Concrete5 Dashboard does not grant access to its file/folders and database.
Provided that you have access to the database you can use the forgotten password feature to initiate the reset process. After that have a look in the Logs table, message column and copy the reset password link. Paste it in a browser and select a new password.
