"An Unexpected error occured" Lost website after willing to restore back up
Permalink
Hello everyone,
I was trying to improve the presentation of a small business website. I tried to restore the back up as I realize the C5 update I did earlier has erased specific and important pages.
When I tried to restore my back up the message "An unexpected error occured" with the following code appear:
mysql error: [1048: Column 'cID' cannot be null] in EXECUTE("insert into PageStatistics (cID, uID, date) values (NULL, '1', NOW())")
Since then I can't get back to my website. Every time I try to load the page the same thing occur.
PLEASE HELP!

The same thing has just happened to me. Have you discovered a solution?
I just had this same issue happen to me, the issue was in the site.php. After restoring through the dashboard, all that appeared was the MySQL stack due to the C5 version number not rolling back in the site.php
Hope this can help someone else out :)
