Lucid theme?

can I place an image 940 width and 274 height where the home tab is? Or can I delete that blocks that say, add statewide header top left sidebar, add statewide header top right content. This whole block is messing me up. I would like to get the full image in there or get rid of it. http://www.foosnoos.com

You should ask in the theme support area and I bet formigo will get back to you with a solution pretty quick.
