im not sure if this is currently possible, it can send you an email when someone submits it, but then you have to login Dashboard->Reports

put the page in edit mode, click and edit the form, then click the last tab within the popup dialog window. the option should be there.

by default c5 uses the php sendmail function, you may be using an smtp server, ask your host if you are and then you can configure it under the email settings in dashboard

port 26?? Did you really set your smtp port to 26? It's usually 25
