Out of nowhere I get this message when I try to log into the marketplace - - - "This user is inactive. Please contact us regarding this account."

Does anyone one know what this is about and who to contact to get it corrected?

Thanks for the reply. I was in the process of private messaging last night and just got frozen out. And C5 doesn't make it easy to get in touch with anyone or get answers. It's like trying to get an answer from Google.
