Matching URLs

My website went down over the weekend, and the backup files (of course) aren't available.
I need page URLs to match what I had before because they're already linked.
currently:http://www.instantimprintsde.com/index.php?cID=139...
needed:http://www.instantimprintsde.com/index.php?cID=148...
I've tried adding another path to have it match as well as renaming the url, but it still comes up with cID=139
Is there any way to fix this?
